Executive Leadership Coaching & Facilitation

Lead Yourself. Multiply Your Impact.

For leaders operating in complex, high-stakes environments, the next level of performance isn’t about working harder—it’s about refining how you think, decide, and lead.

Liz partners with leaders to deepen self-mastery and strengthen their leadership impact across teams and organizations.

My Approach to Coaching

Unlearning, what isn’t working for you. We want change, but we don’t want to change. Shift your attitudes and habits to remove the resistance in your way.

Alignment for holistic leadership. We often over index on problem-solving with our mind. Consider the whole of mind, body, and spirit to gain clarity and inform your wisest decisions.

Leadership of self first. The most effective leaders are authentic. To be authentic, we must gain clarity on our strengths, values, and goals. This is critical for inspiring trust, loyalty, and motivation among teams.

Pillars of My Practice

Client-Centered. You are in the driver’s seat. You will set goals and determine the focus of each session. I will ask questions, make observations, and offer knowledge as applicable.

Future-Focused. You will not dwell in the past. Coaching is not therapy. We will draw observations from the past to understand what is most helpful for you going forward.

Action-Oriented. You will have “homework”. Coaching is not a series of nice conversations. Sessions will spur insights, and in between sessions, you will take action to build habits that drive change.

Confidentiality. Above all, our sessions will uphold the strict confidentiality standards as defined by the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
