When high performance isn’t enough any more.

My Approach to Coaching

Seeing the big picture. We operate with the limiting function of our own perspective. Learn how to put EQ into practice to base decisions off of the most complete data set possible.

Unlearning bad habits. We work against our best attentions without knowing it. Name the resistance in your way to unlock untapped energy and potential.

Leadership of self first. The most effective leaders model the behavior they want to see authentically. To be authentic, we must gain clarity on our strengths, values, and aspirations and align our actions accordingly.

Pillars of My Practice

Client-Centered. You are in the driver’s seat. You will set goals and determine the focus of each session. I will ask questions, make observations, and offer knowledge as applicable.

Future-Focused. You will not dwell in the past. Coaching is not therapy. We will draw observations from the past to understand what is most helpful for you going forward.

Action-Oriented. You will have “homework”. Coaching is not a series of nice conversations. Sessions will spur insights, and in between sessions, you will take action to build habits that drive change.

Confidentiality. Above all, our sessions will uphold the strict confidentiality standards as defined by the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
